Tile Valley Farm is located on 10 wooded acres in rural Washington County. This west-central location offers an easy commute from Vancouver to Wilsonville and beyond.
TVF has three beautiful wood barns with matted, 12'x12' stalls- all with dutch doors allowing the horses to view the outside world. The horses at TVF enjoy daily turnouts in one of our five, over-sized turnout paddocks. They can also enjoy a relaxing loop through the woods on our cool-out trails, or hand-grazing in one of our many horse friendly lawns. The farm also has a foaling/urgent care barn with two over-sized stalls with 24-hour surveillance, should there be a foaling or medical need.
Riding facilities include a 70'x170' indoor arena or the 200'x225' outdoor arena. Both arenas have automatic sprinker systems to control dust and a stereo system complete with a wireless microphone plumbed to the viewing area. The all-weather outdoor arena has lights for night schooling, trees that offer shade in the summer, a log jump, water jump, ditch, and a bank.
Additional facilities at TVF include a warm and cozy viewing room to sit back, relax, and enjoy watching the riding activities or the satelite tv. To help avoid the Oregon mud, TVF has a blacktop driveway, parking area, and walkways. The warm water washrack, bathroom, and laundry room help round out the many amenities found at TVF.
Finally, as a horse lover you can rest assured knowing the owners and caretakers live on-site.
